Wind Power Plants

Veneto Energie S.p.A. has been active for many years in the renewable energy sector and has developed solid expertise in the design and construction of wind power plants. Thanks to this technology, it is possible to harness the power of the wind to produce electricity in a sustainable, safe, and environmentally friendly way.

Our technology:

We have closely followed the evolution of the market, developing and installing vertical-axis wind turbines (VAWT) and horizontal-axis wind turbines (HAWT), depending on the size and intended use of the system.

How It works:

Wind turbines convert the kinetic energy of the wind into rotational mechanical energy, which is then transformed into electricity through aerogenerators.
The efficiency of the system depends on the speed and consistency of the wind, which is closely linked to the morphology of the territory. For this reason, site selection is a crucial step.

The advantages of wind power

  • Clean and renewable energy, with no CO₂ emissions

  • Possibility to reduce energy costs and increase self-sufficiency

  • Integration with other renewable sources (e.g., photovoltaic) for greater production stability

  • Tailored solutions for private individuals, businesses, and public entities
