PHOTOVOLTAIC PROJECT MANAGER

The role includes:

  • Analyzing project requirements in order to define the human, technical, and financial resources needed for project execution;
  • Coordinating and supporting the entire project team, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and in compliance with current regulations, within the established timelines;
  • Preparing material requirements for the purchasing department;
  • Coordinating and managing installation teams with on-site visits when necessary;
  • Ensuring compliance with workplace safety regulations on site;
  • Managing the project to achieve the defined financial objectives;
  • Preparing project progress reports;
  • Managing the electrical grid connection process and other authorizations required for the commissioning and testing of the photovoltaic system;
  • Maintaining relationships with the various external stakeholders involved in the project (land or building owners and their representatives, designers, site managers, inspectors, etc.).

Requirements:

  • Technical diploma or degree in Engineering;
  • Solid knowledge of sector regulations (including workplace safety) and strong familiarity with related technologies;
  • Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite;
  • 4–5 years of experience in similar roles;
  • Experience in managing the bureaucratic processes for connecting photovoltaic systems to LV/MV grids;
  • Availability for short business trips within Italy;
  • Good knowledge of the English language.
