PHOTOVOLTAIC PROJECT MANAGER
The role includes:
- Analyzing project requirements in order to define the human, technical, and financial resources needed for project execution;
- Coordinating and supporting the entire project team, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and in compliance with current regulations, within the established timelines;
- Preparing material requirements for the purchasing department;
- Coordinating and managing installation teams with on-site visits when necessary;
- Ensuring compliance with workplace safety regulations on site;
- Managing the project to achieve the defined financial objectives;
- Preparing project progress reports;
- Managing the electrical grid connection process and other authorizations required for the commissioning and testing of the photovoltaic system;
- Maintaining relationships with the various external stakeholders involved in the project (land or building owners and their representatives, designers, site managers, inspectors, etc.).
Requirements:
- Technical diploma or degree in Engineering;
- Solid knowledge of sector regulations (including workplace safety) and strong familiarity with related technologies;
- Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite;
- 4–5 years of experience in similar roles;
- Experience in managing the bureaucratic processes for connecting photovoltaic systems to LV/MV grids;
- Availability for short business trips within Italy;
- Good knowledge of the English language.
